Shuttle Bus Service
We provide efficient pick-up services for events organized by different groups and institutions to assist in the smooth running of the event. Our services include banquets, celebrations, shopping malls transports and shuttle bus services for employees.
Transfer/ On-hire services
CWB will provide the assigned vehicle plate number(s) and drivers’ contact information 1-2 working days prior to the day of service via email or Whatsapp.
OT sur-charge
CWB offers waiting time of the first 15 minutes, free of charge. After the first 15 minutes, an OT sur-charge of $200-$400 per bus, per hour may be charged.
Information amendments
At least 3 working days of advance notice prior to the day of service will be required for any amendments to your confirmed bookings, otherwise an admin fee may be charged.
Cancellations
At least 24 hours of notice in advance will be required prior to the day of service for cancellation for any reasons. Otherwise, 50% of the service will be charged.
100 % of the service fee will be charged for same day cancellation and/or no show.
In the case of any disputes, CWB reserves the right of final decision.
