School Bus Service
Chun Wo Bus provides school bus services to local and cross-boundary students, including kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools. In addition, Chun Wo Bus also provides pick-up services to cater for needs generated by extracurricular activities and summer activities of schools in different regions (including remote areas). Our clients include S.K.H. Yan Laap Primary School, P.L.K. Siu Hon Sum Primary School, P.L.K. Chong Kee Ting Primary School, etc.
Transfer/ On-hire services
CWB will provide the assigned vehicle plate number(s) and drivers’ contact information 1-2 working days prior to the day of service via email or Whatsapp.
OT sur-charge
CWB offers waiting time of the first 15 minutes, free of charge. After the first 15 minutes, an OT sur-charge of $200-$400 per bus, per hour may be charged.
Information amendments
At least 3 working days of advance notice prior to the day of service will be required for any amendments to your confirmed bookings, otherwise an admin fee may be charged.
Cancellations
At least 24 hours of notice in advance will be required prior to the day of service for cancellation for any reasons. Otherwise, 50% of the service will be charged.
100 % of the service fee will be charged for same day cancellation and/or no show.
In the case of any disputes, CWB reserves the right of final decision.
